Recital $1,200
School Residency $925 per day
(includes up to 3 performances/sessions per day)
Concert with Residency $1,200-$2,125
Fees include all expenses. Fees do not include a sound system. Fees are negotiable.

ABOUT

“Exciting, majestic, inspiring!” describes Rebecca Kite’s performances. With more than 25 years of touring experience, she has performed in venues across the United States and in South America, Japan, and Europe.

CONCERTS

Creating a warm and intimate setting, Kite Interacts with the audience, weaving the story of the marimba and its music into a captivating program with music inspired by classical, world folk, and contemporary Japanese traditions.

EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS

Interactive, age-appropriate musical performance with selections from worldwide folk melodies highlighting the unique qualities of the marimba. Recommended audience 200.

RESIDENCIES

Mini-performances and interactive sessions on one of three topics: Music, Geography and History of the Marimba, and Science of the Marimba. Audience - 30 students at same grade level. May include performance with your students: artist and students work together in preparing for a public performance - middle school, high school, or college.
